Privacy Policy
How Studio Inkline handles your details when you book, pay and visit. Last updated: 2 October 2026.
01What we collect
When you book a session we collect your name, phone number, email address and the details of your design brief — the style, size, placement and description you share with us. If you join the waitlist, we keep the slot and style you asked for so we can offer it to you when it opens.
We do not see or store your card number. Deposit payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe shares with us only a payment reference, the payment status, and the billing details you enter at checkout.
02How we use it
Your details are used to confirm your booking, send you reminders before your session, handle rescheduling, cancellations and refunds, and to offer you a slot if one you wanted opens up. Your design brief is used only to prepare your custom drawing and quote.
If you chat with our booking assistant, the conversation is stored only in your own browser and is cleared when you reset it or clear your browser data. Your messages are sent to the assistant so it can find open times and estimates for you — they are not used for advertising.
03Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with our service providers: Stripe (payments), and our email service (booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations and receipts). We never sell your details or use them for marketing you haven't asked for.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of the studio and its clients.
04How long we keep it
Booking records, payment references and messages about your session are kept while they are needed to run your booking and to meet tax and record-keeping obligations. Design briefs are kept while your piece is in progress and for a short time afterwards in case you return for more work.
You can ask us to correct or delete your details any time by writing to bookings@notify.studioinkline.online. We will keep only what the law requires us to keep.
05Your choices
You can view, reschedule or cancel your own booking any time from your confirmation link. You don't need an account with us. If you'd like a copy of the details we hold about you, or anything corrected, just email us.
This policy applies to studioinkline.online. If it changes, the latest version will always be published on this page.
