02Estimates and pricing

Prices shown during booking are estimates based on your style and size selections. The final price is confirmed by the artist after she reads your design brief, before your session begins. You are never charged more than the agreed final price without being told first.

The studio is a private, appointment-only space. Prices include the artist's time, setup and standard aftercare guidance.

03Deposits

A ₹1,500 deposit locks your slot and is deducted from the final price of your tattoo. Deposits are paid online through Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Paying the deposit confirms your session time. Until the deposit is received, the slot is only held — it can still be offered to others if the hold expires.

04Cancellations and refunds

Life happens — here's exactly what happens to your money in every case.

• You cancel 48 hours or more before your session: your ₹1,500 deposit is refunded in full, automatically, to the card you paid with. It usually arrives in 5–7 working days.
• You cancel within 48 hours of your session: the deposit is not refunded, because the time was held for you and cannot be filled at short notice. The slot is released and you're welcome to book again.
• You don't show up: the deposit is not refunded and is not carried over.
• The studio cancels or the artist declines your booking: your deposit is refunded in full, automatically, no matter when it happens.
• Your deposit payment failed or your hold expired and someone else took the slot: any money that did go through is refunded in full, automatically.
• Rescheduling: you can move your own session any time from your confirmation link, subject to availability — your deposit moves with you.

05Rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel from your booking confirmation link, without needing to call or message. If you'd like a time that isn't showing, join the waitlist — when a matching slot opens, the first person in line gets a two-hour window to claim it.

06Health, safety and age

You must be 18 or older to get tattooed; valid photo ID may be asked for at the studio. Please share any allergies, skin conditions, medications or pregnancy before your session so the artist can work safely.

Following the aftercare instructions given at the studio is your responsibility. How a tattoo heals depends heavily on aftercare.

07Other terms

The artist owns the copyright to every custom drawing and tattoo design; you receive the tattoo, not the artwork file. Photos of healed or completed work may be shared by the studio — tell the artist at your session if you'd rather keep yours private.
